The Campaign donate 10,000 pieces face masks to Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development

The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia and The Association Belt and Road Malaysia donate 10,000 pieces of face masks to the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development, to support the ministry’s frontliners, to who work to distribute the government aids to the poor families.
This is in conjunction with the “Malaysia-China Berganding Bahu, Melawan Wabak COVID-19” campaign, a social welfare collaboration program between the Embassy of The People’s Republic of China in Malaysia and the Association Belt and Road Malaysia, and co-organised by the Pahang Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation, Malaysia Dry Foodstuff Importer and Exporter Association, and Malaysia-China Culture and Arts Association.
Mr. Yao Teck Chong, Deputy President of The Association Belt and Road Malaysia, handover 10,000 pieces of face masks to the YB Datuk Seri Rina binti Mohd Harun, Minister of Women, Family and Community Development. The Ministry will distributed to the ministry’s frontliners who work around the clock to distribute the government aids to the poor families.
Yao said that those officer from Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development deserved respect because they are risking to distribute the government aids to the poor families and vulnerable groups.
“With the full support by the China Embassy in Malaysia, we hope to take practical actions, to bring our blessings to the hardworking frontline officer and let them work with peace of mind and return home safely."
